I’m going to try something new here. I’m going to show all of you my lunch in my Mr. Bento. I know I haven’t been eating too balanced lately so maybe this might help in my accountability.
Day One: (Thursday) Left over Almond Chicken with Asian Chili dipping sauce, ½ cup of Greek yogurt with honey, handful of grapes, and some citrus sections from Aldis. Snack: Allbran cookies, ½ cup Strawberry Kefir
Day Two: (Friday) 3 chicken Asian dumplings, 1/3 c. couscous, green onion, Greek yogurt, and a handful of grapes. Snack: Allbran cookies, ½ cup Strawberry Kefir
Day Three: (Monday, October 2) Left over from Saturday dinner which is a basil sun-dried tomato pesto chicken with zucchini, Greek yogurt with honey, handful of grapes, and some citrus sections from Aldis,.
Life has been so busy and it’s so hard to get things organized again. I don’t know when was the last time that I was truly organized. Last week was the first time in a year that I hit Curves 4 times. I was so proud of myself. My goal for this week is Monday - Wednesday Curves, off on Thursday, Friday maybe the Y, Saturday Curves.
Work is extremely stressful right now, high caseload, high stress cases, and the commute is killing me. Thank God for carpools or I would be going very crazy with it all. I sometimes wonder when life is going to slow down. I miss the days that I got home at a decent hour. Chris and I have been getting home between 6:45 - 7 pm at night, usually eating around 8 pm. This week we are supposed to get back to the YMCA because he’s officially 230...when we met, he was 176...yikes! We got to get it under control because that’s not good. At least we have a plan now :) Take care all-Kellie
