House Policies

• We accept most insurance plans.
• Victims of crime program with authorization and sliding scale fees are available.
• Please make checks payable to: T.L.C. Center.
• T.L.C.is a center for all men, women and children regardless of sexual orientation, race or culture.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• RSVP is required for all groups & workshops and all deposits are nonrefundable. All returned checks will incur a $15 return fee.
• 5% discount on all workshops paid in full 10 days prior to workshop.
• 24 hours cancellation notice for individual and group counseling sessions and 3 days notice for workshops must be given otherwise client will be billed for session or workshop.
• Bilingual counseling available in Spanish and Farsi.
