Any employee in crisis will affect your organization’s morale, environment and eventually your profit center. But this does not make the individual a bad employee. There may have been emotional difficulties or family issues that have caused your employee to lose perspective.
TLC WholeHealthCenter provides a confidential Employee Assistance Services Program designed to help your employee regain that perspective needed to continue.
We will train your management team to look for signs of depression within themselves and their staff, become aware of the warning signs of workplace violence and develop helpful strategies to overcome these issues altogether.
These strategies will prepare your team for the next step in maintaining a healthy, productive workforce. TLC staff will guide your managers into becoming better communicators, team builders and conflict mediators.
