The Floyd, Hale, Lamb County  Council on Alcoholism and Drug  Abuse serves three counties in the Texas Panhandle. The Council  presents information, telephone screening, assessments evaluation for referral and placement. We provide follow-up services and 24 hour  telephone response.

Through an agreement with the Texas Commission on Alcohol Drug Abuse  (TCADA,) we provide crisis therapy to people who need help with problems concerning substance abuse or dependency. If someone close drinks or drugs too much, help is at your fingertips.

Our goal is to refer any individuals needing more in-depth, long-term treatment to the appropriate treatment facilities.

Our Goal

The Council provides effective services and responds to specific community needs concerning substance abuse. In order to provide a more accessible link between potential clients and available services, we coordinate the links, providing case coordination and follow-up to ensure continuum of care.
