This is an interesting first day postcard with a unmarked generic cachet featuring the Capitol Dome in Washington DC.  I have virtually no information about who made it, but I really like how the colored paper really makes this postcard stand out from a crowd.  If you can shed some light on this curious item, please drop me a line at smith@in.net.
