Here we have a tasteless Going Postal add-on cachet created by Rich Williams from Shalimar FL.  Rich is well known for his irreverent cachets.  I purchased this cover from Rich after I was the high bidder for it on eBay.  Although the cachet is not dated, I'm pretty sure that it was added to this cover less than a year ago.  As you can see, the cachet's tasteless message asks, "So, what's eating you?"  Rich's questionable humor is not for everyone.
