This is a very nice Clarence E. Reid Cachet.  Although it is not listed in the Mellone catalog, I don't believe it is an add-on.  According to the dealer I acquired it from, Mr. Reid only made around twenty copies of his cachets.  The printing is of top quality.  The details in the blue border must be seen in real life to truly appreciate its intricacies.  This cachet is one of my favorites and also one of my most valuable.  In some ways, it reminds me of the Von Ohlon Cachet (M31) displayed earlier in this exhibit.  The cachet is numbered 2717, however, I have no idea what the number represents.  It looks like an internal inventory number.  If you can provide any information about this cachet, please drop me a line at smith@in.net.  The cachet's text reads as follows:
