Welcome to My Collection of Low Carbohydrate Recipes This is an on-line collection of the recipes that I have received from various people and places. I would like to take a minute to thank all the people at Sweetalk, Sugarshaker's and Friends of Sugar Busters for sending me the recipes. Hopefully soon, I will have the time to add some more of my own. Some of the recipes are conversions, so please use your own judgment about the amount of carbohydrates in each selection. You may download all of the recipes on this site in five Word 97 files, LC Recipes, LC Recipes II, LC Recipes III, LC Recipes IV and LC Recipes V (not cleaned up yet) or view the recipes separately using the menu bars above. Last Updated: October 2nd, 1999 Deleted some recipes, cleaned up a little and added Non-Sauerkraut and Scalloped Sweet Potatoes to Side Dishes, created a new page Breads and Muffins and added some Stevia info . I will be adding my Stevia recipes soon, my parents are in town and I am running short on time. If anyone has suggestions to make this page more user friendly, please let me know!
