Comments:  A really slow one today.  One rest day after PBIM2006, and I thought I was ready for a run.  Auugh!  Legs felt like tight like wood.  Just seconds within the run, left knee felt funny, right hamstring feel tight.  So kind of slow-jogged thru it all.  Only after 6km did everything feel loose.  Feel like really no energy.  Could it be near total depletion, like post PJHalf.  Better be careful about this weekend’s LSD.  Supposed to do 13 laps Damai, dunno if got the energy or not.  Better carboload starting tomorrow.

Postrun + 1 day:  Good nacht’s sleep.  Resting heart rate 61 bpm, doesn’t indicate exhaustion.
