Comments:  Today is supposed to be a rest after yesterday’s 18.75 km LSD.  However, because of Thursday’s conf call, still wanted to do today, for some reason.  Also, because of the wtloss plateau (stuck forever at 150), wanted to increase time in fatburn mode.  So still ran today.  Knew that had to be slow because of the stiffness from previous day’s LSD & not enough rest, etc, etc.  So decided to do at least 5k at LSD pace, 5:1 ratio.

First 2 km was kinda enjoyable, so raised the tempo a bit in the 3rd km, trying to focus on running in good form.  4th & 5th km slowed down and reverted to normal form.  Reaching 5 km at Two-trees, decide to go on.  But it was downhill from then on.  Last 2 km was struggling.  Both knees felt funny, right hamstring kinda sore, biceps also sore (from Sunday LSD), etc, but still held on to complete the course.

In all, a tired run.  Like the PMs say, “cinya tired”.  Also the slowest 7k at Udini this year.

Postrun:   Hmm…  The crazy scales ranged the postrun wt from 147 to 150.  I settled for 149.  Stretched.  Rewater 100+.  No dinner.

Characters:   Jalan2 cari makan lady.  Hey, she has new shoes.  No more red shoes.  Overweight dad jogging/walking in badminton shoes, followed by overweight daughter on bike.  Footballer guy.  Mousy runner.  Long-striding police/army runner at blazing speed.
