Comments: Whole day I was gegel... "I feel a need, a need for speed." Yesterday supposed to run, but this guy called a meeting at 5pm that dragged on until 6:30 pm. Arrrghhh! However that allowed my tired legs to recover some more after Sunday's momentous Putrajaya 21k. Today, the same guy called another meeting at 4:30pm and this time I put my foot down "Make it one hour!" Haha!! Meeting ended 5:40pm, and off I go! Gegel! Gegel!
Reaching Two-trees it was a quick start. Reaching Tesco End, seeing that it was a sub-7 min, the reflex "hey this could be a PR" reaction came, and ran faster on the return trip. Reaching Two-trees again, saw that it was a sub-14 min, knew that PR possibility is real, and pia'ed on. Reaching Jetty End, saw a blistering split time of sub-22 (fuyo!), definitely knew that it was a PR. At this point, I was already out of breath, really panchited, but I wanted to PR so bad. "I feel a need, a need for speed!" So on the last leg, my legs burning, heart like exploding, breathing away unsynchronized, just gulping air, I pia'ed some more. I tell you haa, that time it was pure suffering, but soon the finish line drew closer. Upon reaching Two Trees, stopped the chrono... and... Fuyo! Blardy Blistering! I thought it was a sub-32, it was even better, a sub-31! But I was too panchited to rejoice, the next 5 minutes just walked on, huffin & puffin catching my breath, feeling mein quads burning & my right hamstring kinda sore, right calf also sore... But what a run, a TRIPLE PR today! Bonus achievement after a great Putrajaya 21k!
Postrun: Reward myself with junk food (Chachos BBQ Bonanza). Haha! I deserve some junk food after a triple PR, betul tak? Anyway, the right hamstring seems to recover quite fast.

Characters: Notice two runners (seem to be experienced) but after that I had tunnel vision because going too blardy blistering fast. BTW I wonder if "blardy" is copyrighted in any way by the elite Janggutman of Pipot. Sorry eh!
