Comments: A so-so run. Breathing was out of sync until after 3km, after that it was smooth sailing. Could run more if wanted, i.e. go 7k. Well, it looks like I'm getting slower and slower. Don't know why today was slower, maybe just tired. Pre-run food was plate of nasi goreng and "ox-eye" egg (guffaw!) at about 4:30pm.
Post run: left foot still have them sores after every run. Rest day heal again. Sore like shit after 6.4k, how can I stand 10k or more? Post-run cannot even drive in them shoes, changed into slippers. Also left leg felt stiffer. From pre and post race stretches, left leg is less flexible than right. Why?
