Comments: Not so blistering today, a bit tired I suppose after a late night up, and under hydrated. Still, I did a sub 8:00 pace which maintained for the entire run, compare it against the first week of training. Early in the run during my "unsynch" period my left foot did a "stomp" resulting in left knee "popping" with a dull pain. Even though it disappeared quickly, with the memory of my left knee injury that took out 2 running years, I must have favored it because post run my right foot felt stiffer than usual.

Talking about pace, it seems that shorter stride/faster pace works better for me at this time because post run my left leg has less sores, and the pace seems to benefit.

Post run: Right leg felt stiffer, but during stretch, found that actually became more flexible. Strange.
