Post run weight: Not taken

Comments: Lame! I'm back running lame after more than one week's rest since the Long Run Tragedy of April. My half marathon is now in shambles due to my impatience. To think that if I had been more patient and more careful, I'd be running 8k by now. Now all I can hope for is minimal training until the half marathon. I'll just be happy to make it to the other end, then probably I'll walk back or take the bus (sob!)

Right foot has dull "tingles" once in a while during the run, so the injury has not healed fully yet. A reason to stop early and slow my pace. Also, was running in new shoes, Reebok Mirimar DMX. Shoe was cushy but felt less stable, and the moving air is felt more on the left foot (maybe because it was tighter).

Post run: Right leg achilles felt pain, but flexible. Yeah, I'm writing this just 4 hours after the run, wait till tomorrow morning then I'll know for sure. I also applied ice to the tendon area. Also, ankle felt "loose". Is it combination of archilles and plantar fascia? Don't know. I know for sure after the last long run, the tendon area was BRUISED. Sorta purple for three or four days. That's a sure sign of Archilles Tendinitis.
