Here are some great recipes for healthy, yummy snacks you can make at home! Suitable for everybody!

 

Sesame Sweet Potato - it is easy to cook and it tast good. And it is high protein and carbonhydrate, so that it provide many energy

Ingredients:

  • Sweet potato - 900g
  • White sesame - 10g
  • Castor sugar - 100g

Recipe:

  1. Prepare  the sweet potato and then cut it into pieces. Place them in a pan and add water to them until it is over the top. After the water is boiling, add sugar to it and steam them closedly until they are well done.
  2. Bake the sesame in a pan until it smell good and look golden.
  3. Take out the well done sweet potato, and sprinkle the sesame before serving.

 

Small Red Bean & Sweet Potato Soup - It take a bit long time to cook, but it is easy to cook too !  And it also provide many energy. If you like to eat some dessert, this is a good choice.

Ingredients:

  • Small red beans - 180g
  • Sweet potato - 300g
  • Brown sugar - 160g

Recipe:

  1. Wash the small red beans then put it in the water for 3 hours. Then cut the cleaned & prepared sweet potato.
  2. Place 8 glasses of water in a pan and cook the red small beans until they are nearly well don,; then add the sweet potato for other 20 minutes. Add the sugar to it before serving.
