to summarize part I: Remember each individual is unique and different in his requirements and needs.  What will work for one may have to be altered for another.  You are your own best source for what you need and when.  You must turn inward and trust your feelings.  Follow the guidelines that suit you the best and consult professionals when their advise is desired or needed.  You are responsible for your life.  Take responsibility and be well.

HERBAL SUN TEA INSTRUCTIONS

SUN TEA, simply, is a soaking of plants in water and sunlight. Sun Tea
contains the essence of the herbal properties. Drink Herbal Sun Tea as a
regular daily beverage. Herbs may be mixed in any combination. A variety
will give you the most complete mineral and vitamin content.

To make Sun Tea you need a glass container; a wide mouth gallon jar
is ideal. Add about 1/4 cup of whole or lightly crushed herbs (less if
finely ground), fill with water, and put the jar in a bright location.
Don't place in direct sunlight during the hottest part of the day, as this
overheats the herbs. Let it stand three or four hours on hot days, all day
on cooler days. Pour through a strainer, and it's ready to drink. It will
keep in the refrigerator for about a week. Experiment with different herbs
for flavor - the only wrong combination of herbs is one that you won't
drink because it doesn't taste good to you. Herbs are very inexpensive if
you buy them bulk by the pound or the ounce. Pre-mixed blends are less
expensive if you buy them in bulk without the pretty packaging.

Listed are only a few of the possibilities. Make a single cup of tea
with herbs that are new to you in order to discover their taste. By knowing
what each herb tastes like, you can adjust the proportions you use in each
batch. Try to always have Sun Tea in the refrigerator, and drink several
glasses a day. Mix half and half with apple juice and a squeeze of lemon
for a super drink!
Each herb is listed with a very brief notation; further details may
be found in a good herb book, such as "The Herb Book" by John Lust or
"Back To Eden" by Jethro Kloss. Look up each herb that you are using and
become familiar with it. The plants of the Earth are powerful for cleansing
and healing. You may experience a cleansing reaction or a healing crisis
whenever you start a new program. Great! Your body is doing some repairs.
Help it. Vitamin supplements and fresh green juices are good tools to use
during any healing reaction.
Mix and match these herbs to your taste and/or for a specific organ
cleanse. Liver, kidney, and colon cleanses are important so that these
filters don't back up and send toxins out your skin or lungs. Lung
cleaners are good for eliminating smoke and air pollution coatings. Any
herb found in capsule formulas may be used in the sun tea. Use an herb
for each area of the body as you make up your own sun tea formulas. A
variety of herbs will give you the most balanced and complete mineral
and vitamin content.

*****  Use DISTILLED WATER for making Sun Tea, as well as for ALL your
drinking and cooking.

*****  AVOID using black teas and herbs that have CAFFEINE as your
regular beverage. Regulate your intake of stimulants with care!*****
