FUNDAMENTAL HEALTHY LIFESTYLES
There are three healthy lifestyles which are necessary for general fitness.
- Physical Activity
- This is not merely exercise or working out or joining a health club. Physical activity can and shoulc become a part of your normal lifestyle.
- Proper Consumption
- Notice this does not say "diet." Our culture has created an unhealthy lifestyle by restricting food, labeling food as "good" or "bad", and creating artificial food in the laboratory. Eating and drinking should be palatable and enjoyable ways to consume nutrients.
- Stress Management
- This is not as time consuming as you may believe. This lifestyle has been the most neglected and has become the most needed of them all in our modern society. Without managing your stress levels, nutrients are not properly used and energy is wasted.
