you can build a page at geocities using their new pagebuilder Its simple, I did it. dropdown menues wysiwyg format  " what u c is what u get" ( warning ) geobuild is another format , not recognized by pagebuilder, if you use it you cant edit it with pagebuilder, Try the link to page builder, mabe it works
