Centuries old, "Anma" is a deeply invigorating part of Japanese culture. " Anma" massage provides a wonderful way to reduce pain and increase one's sense of well being. "Anma" offers the most effective health care methods to help in the prevention of illness and to improve health and well being in general.
Anma and the Arts of massage, no matter what technique, more often than not celebrate the mystical aspects of body healing. For some it is hard to understand how this is possible, yet others find how very spiritual massage can be, revealing to one the secrets that allows both men and women to reach a body wellness that helps them feel rejuvenated.

Reiki: is the channeling of energy found in the universe (ie; all that surrounds you and makes you feel good) so that it can affect healing. Reiki can only do good (posative). It goes to the areas that meed healing, whether thay are physical, emotional, spiritual, or what ever needs healing. Reiki is not a religion, and is practiced by people of all religions. There are two rules for doing reiki. First, the person recieving must ask for it, and second that person must be open to it in order for it to work accordingly. Energy cannot go if there is resistance! |

Energy and Chakras: Well, it's difficult to the person who is totally un- familuar..... but we do know that electricity exists through out the body. We do have scientific proof!!! I'm sure if you search the web and other source you can verify that. We cannot live/exist with out it, just like our everyday household electonics do not work with out electricy. So we have also proven scientifically that we have and aura (some tradutions call it luminous egg cacoon) how ever we are refering to this big ball of electricity, well what I've been getting at is that the "aura" has sections hence your chakras. These are sections that if you could see these chakras they would look like wheels of spinning colored light. |

Some traditions teach that for women the first chakra or root chaka starts spinning ccw (counter clock wise) and for men cw (clock wise) then the 2nd would be the oppisite on up to the seventh. Well whether you have 7 or 10 is very debateable, but that is not the issue here just that it is spinning and in the right direction is and how you determin this is by using a pendulum (I prefer a crystal one). Just suspend your pendulum above the body (yes you can try this on your self) about 3-4" at the chakra center in a "nutral swing" (back and forth) and the chakra will catch and spin the pendulum in the direction it is currently spinning.(note: clear all thoughts for this process or you could get a false reading!!!) |

Healing crystals: may lighten your mood, they provide for purification of the physical mental and spirit bodies. Crystals are perfect for healling use! Simply placed and tuned to the user's hand and energy they amplify the energy of the user ten to the tenth power (Kinda like a microscope!)
It helps to provide gateway openings, open portals, or simply cleanse out the sluggish or "backwards" spinning chakra, so you don't feel sluggish or backwards!!! This keeps you in the moment and in the here and now, in other words, back to your ol' self so to speak. ( unless you're creating a new you, in that case cancel that last statement!!) |
