This is sort of a relaxing quickie. Just follow the next instructions.
If your in your office try the next stretch first:
Pull your head gently to the right while your left shoulder is being pulled down. Do the other side as well. Then move your head in a circle. |
Right then, this will take 24 seconds: now close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing.
breath in for eight seconds (count slowly in your head) hold your breath for eight seconds release the tension and breath out for eight seconds. |
This exercise is the best when you can't control yourself anymore. If you think you really have to cry or if you think "One more word and I'm gonna kill that bastard" or something like that, take your time and do this exercise, you'll see it really helps!
