HENRY DAVENPORT TATE
They moved from Wichita Falls Texas, to California, in 1943. Inez became the manager of the "Fat Boy Barbeque" resturant on Bayshore Highway, E. Palo Alto, CA. While Henry worked as a carpenter and cabinette-maker. They had four children; They were divorced in 1948, and Henry returned to Texas, where he lived until his death.

Reno, Nevada. Ruth was born-Oct.21,1935, in Winterset
Iowa. She was the daughter of Robert Allen Evison and
Glady's Mary Kelsey: Ivan worked at landscaping,and owned his own
business until he retired, around 1975, and they moved
onto a forty acre dairy ranch, he and Ruth had purchased
a few years before. They raised many different things,
cattle, sheep and pigs, and Ivan had an aviary, of many
different kinds of birds. He has have since retired and
they lease out most of thier property, and grows alfaltha
on the remaining acreage; Over the years, Ruth worked as a
salesperson and waitress, when things got tight. She is
currantly working at Wal-Mart in Orland, California,where
they reside. Ivan and Ruth are a denial of the saying,
'Marry too young and divorce too soon'. Ivan had just
turned nineteen, and Ruth was three months short of her
sixteenth birthday, when they got married. They now have

We call Stacey our "Miracle", because shortly after
her first child was born, she began to having breathing
problems, and would faint. They found that the
'electrical currant', that keeps the heart beating normlly
was being interupted in Staceys heart. They inserted a
type of 'pace-maker' in side her chest, to send out the
needed currant to keep her heart from stopping. Not long
after the surgery was done, Stacey became pregnant with
her second child. The doctors were flabbergasted, and
worried for Stacey's life. She spent most of her
pregnancy in bed, but she gave birth to a healthy happy
baby girl. She is the first known person to have this
type of devise and, deliver a baby-and live;

Technician-Fire Engine Operator ' at the Laufman Work
Center, in Plumas National Forest, California. Randy is
the son of Ernest Alvin Owings, and Shirley Ann
Nichols, both, now deceased; Linda has delved into
several different jobs and hobbies; She too went to the
same college, as Randy, and took Archaeology, Geology,
and also the basic training for a fire fighter; She
worked as a nurse's aide, then as a 'nurses trainer',
for a local convalesent hospital .Her hobbies and other
classes are, pottery wheel, growing orchids and exotic
plants in her home, and crafts, using nature's products

and it stays around 86-90 degrees most of the year;

6,1998, Roy was in a bad car accident; When his folks
were called, they were told to start the funeral
arrangements, as Roy arrived at the hospital,barely
alive; AND, if he did live, the damage to his brain would
render him a 'vegetable'; We all started praying; Prayer
-lines were started all over the country; They had Roy on
all life supports; His lungs were so bruised, as was his
liver, not counting the main impact of the accident to
his head; They knew that the sight of one eye was gone,
and his leg had fractured in three places, tearing
through the flesh and severing an artery. He had lost
most of his body blood by the time they got him to the
hospital, and he had one arm broken. One day short of a
week, he came out of his coma; From all indications he
was pretty normal, for the fist thing he made them
understand was that he wanted was a cigerette: Just a
little over a month later, They sent him home; Since his
mother was a 'nurse', they felt he was better off than in
a hospital; Today he is back to normal ( one year later)
; His brain is as good as it every was; He is blind in
one eye, and one leg is abt. 2 inches shorter than the
other, but with special shoes, he is doing great;..PRAYER

to and are care-takers of the 101 Duck Club in Los Banos
Ca., where they own thier own home;They are both active
members of the Nazerine Church in Los Banos; Fay is a
volunteer at the local hospital, and also teaches crafts
to the Senior Citizens in a local center; They love to
travel,and have been to Europe twice,Carabean Cruises
twice,They have visited Paris
