This option is a video that shows the speaker on half the screen and
the Power Point slides used on the other half, and of course includes
the audio. Unlike viewing regular movie-type only DVDs, DigiVision DVD
ROM are watched on a computer. Print the slides of the talks, search
for key words, copy and paste lecture content into an email, and more
easily skip around. This kind of DVD does not play on TV.

Perhaps have the tomato drink for salt and potassium in between waters.
Be willing to use public bathrooms so you can hydrate more.
A water spritzer to spray face so can breathe hydrated air, keep cooler
(tell people its water! - use distilled).
Have safe snacks with you and eat small amounts frequently.
Board last to limit sitting / upright time.
