The data in the following pages was collected by the Pre-Professional Office at Hunter College.  The Hunter College Premed Club would like to extend its gratitude to Prof. C. Howard Krukofsky, the Pre-Professional Advisor at Hunter College, for allowing us to publish the following data.  We also would like to thank Ms. Francoise Bennet of the Pre-Professional Office for all her hard work in collecting and manipulating this data over the years.
 

• Medical School Matriculation - How many students were admitted to which schools?
• Admitted Students by Age - How old were students when they were admitted to medical schools?
• Admitted Students by Major - Which were the admitted premed students' major fields of study as undergraduate students?
• Applicants and Acceptances - Percent of students accepted out of students applied.

Please be cautious with that information.  It reflects data collected on students who applied through the Pre-Professional office.  There are students who prefer to apply without a committee letter and data on those students is not available.  In addition, it is possible that some Post-Bacc students prefer to apply through their undergrad school's Pre-Professional Office.  Information on such students in not available either.
