Company Information

Established in 1981, the company started operations on a small scale . Due to expansion and upgrading it was moved to its present modern factory in 1990. Since then Dynapharm has grown to be one of the large manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals serving the local market as well as international markets . The company is also into tender supplies and contract manufacturing.

The main office staff strives to provide excellent service and work dedication. The office has expanded to include an office for administration and accounts management.

Policy

Our policy is to provide Quality Products and Excellent Services to our customers. By subscribing to this, our personnel from Production, Quality Control, Research + Developement and Marketing are constantly working together to achieve this aim. It is also our policy to provide a Healthy and Friendly Working Environment in the company for our staff both inside the factory and on the field.

Manufacturing

Products manufactured cover a comprehensive range to cater for the various market segments and include antibiotics, analgesics, antiasthmatics, cough and cold preparations, vitamins and many more. The products are targeted at the ethical, OTC and international  markets.

Products are presented in various forms including plain and coated tablets, capsules, syrups, suspensions, creams and ointments and dry syrups. Packaging are also presented in various forms like bulk, blister and strip.


The factory layout is designed to provide a smooth flow of production activities. Various departments are segregated and machineries are located in individual rooms to prevent cross contamination. Mingling of personnel from different departments are also controlled. Stores are seperated  from production by " staging" areas and production of penicillins are in another  area having facilities and controls similar to the general area.

Machineries , equipments and accessories for production and packaging are designed to comply with requirements of GMP and are regularly maintained to good working order.

Quality Control

The Quality Assurance and Control Department is equiped with up to date testing equipments and is well staffed with chemists, microbiologists and lab technicians. Testings and controls are done for raw materials, packaging materials, product intermediates, in process procedures, finshed products and stability studies. Besides testing and controlling pharmaceuticals, the department also perform tests for herbal and health food products. Operating procedures in the different laboratory areas ( general, control samples, stability studies, microbiology ) are based on requirements for Good Laboratory Practices ( GLP ).

Analytical instruments in the department include the HPLC, GC, AA and the FTIR besides the common equipments like dissolution testers, disintegration testers, moisture content tester and etc.

Research and Developement

Research and Developement is a continuous process and the emphasis is to create products of consistent quality and acceptability.

The Research and Developement comprising members from Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Management and Consultant have successfully handled problems relating to products, materials, processes and packaging. As a result, the quality of our products have improved and are consistent with requirements.
