Ovarian
Screening Memorials
The
Monroe County Extension Homemakers have initiated Ovarian Screening
Memorials in February 2000. The Monroe County Memorial
Brochure is being distributed for state-wide use. In Monroe
County, the Screening Memorial Brochure is being left with
local funeral directors as an alternative to sending flowers. The
Monroe County Extension Office has provided a copy of their brochure
which has been updated ever so slightly. To make the Screening
Memorial brochure available for state-wide use, it can be down loaded
from this page in either Microsoft Word format (Memorial.doc)
or Word Perfect format (MemorWP.doc) with the hope that
Screening Memorials will be used by Homemaker clubs in other counties.
Memorial.doc or MemorWP.doc
should print out as 2 pages which then should be used to make double
sided photocopies as the Screening Memorial brochure. The only changes
that you will need to make is to replace the Monroe County address
with your county office address. I have identified the Monroe County
address in red in the file. Depending on your printer, you may have to
make some adjustments to spacing or font size so that you have only 2
pages of print-out. Each photocopy then needs to be tri-folded.

in the either the MS Word or the Word Perfect format, and want me to
send it to you in a different format, please let me know by e-mail (epaul1@uky.edu)
If you would like me provide you with paper copies of the Screening
Memorial brochure, please let me know how many and the address that
you want me to insert on the brochure to replace the Monroe County
address (epaul1@uky.edu).
