Residence: The couple lived on a farm in the Spring Run and Cairo vicinity until 1946 when they moved to Wapello where he was employed by the U.S. Soil Conservation extension service. He was as assessor in Wapello township in Nov 1959 when they celebrated their golden wedding anniversary.
