Presidential Unit Citation

Purple Heart....awarded to any member of the U.S. Armed Forces killed or wounded in armed conflict.
Good Conduct Medal....awarded to enlisted men who have been found by their immediate commander to have a character above reproach and who have willingly complied with demands of the military environment, been loyal and obedient to their superiors have faithfully supported the goals of their organization and the Army and an exemplary manner as to distinquish them.
Air Medal...is given to any person who, while serving with the armed forces of the United States in any capacity subsequent to Sept.8, 1939, shall have distinquished him or herself by meritorious achievement while participating in aerial flight. It is given for combat or non-combat action, and conferred in recognition of single acts of heroism or merit for operational activities against an armed enemy,or for meritorious services,or for sustained distinction in performance of duties involving regular and frequent participation in aerial flight. This decoration is the same for all branches of the Armed Forces of the United States.
POW Medal...awarded to any person who was taken prisoner of war and held captive after 5 April 1917, during World Wars I and II, Korea and Vietnam conflicts and Operation Desert Storm.
