McGee Creek Campgrounds are only about 10 minutes from the majority of hot springs in the Long Valley Caldera. The campgrounds have clean bathrooms, no showers, and a fee is required. There are a few campsites that back up to the creek that runs through the campground offering more privacy and the sounds of a babbling brook to drown out any of Rovey's snoring.
