Hello to all you special people who have visited this site and also to those who signed our guestbook. I wish I had the time to write to each and everyone of you, but these days, my life won't permit that. Fibromyalgia seems to have taken over my whole bo y and I am in constant pain, to the point where there are days when I am bedridden. I still suffer from the panic and I believe it has become worse since the fibro worsened. There are times when I think I am a recluse. So, I try to force myself out. I wis you all a great summer, and my thoughts go out to each and every one of you! Thank you for visiting this site that my wonderful hubby made for "us". Angel hugs to you all........Betty/bluangel

Hi...I, too, suffer with Panic/Anxiety Attacks and I have made a page with my thoughts on how it affects me personally. Your page is very insightful and I think the more the word gets out about this "horrible nightmare", the more some people can be helpe sooner. On November 22, it will mark my 3rd year to have this disorder....a day that changed my life forever. Thank you for sharing your wonderful page.....
