My EMS History (Hx for you medical types):

I spent about 2 years doing Home Health care as a Certified Nurses Aide, when I decided to get involved in EMS. I took a class approximately 2 years ago, started running ambulance the first week of class and got hooked! I have been running anywhere from 12 to 40 plus hours a week ever since! Since I got involved I have taken HazMat Ops, BTLS (Basic Trauma Life Support), Incident Command (I took that with Chief Alan Brunecini from Phoenix, Great class!!!!), Instructor Update when we changed over to new information, CPR Instructor class, EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operations Class), Primary Instructor Class, ALS Assistant, and various update and continuing education courses.
