EarthSave Foundation (EarthSave Nashville; P.O. Box 198245; Nashville, TN 37219-8245), a Nashville chapter of the national EarthSave organization, "promotes food choices that are healthy for people and healthy for the planet. We educate and inspire people to take positive action for all life on Earth." This group hosts vegetarian potlucks and dine-out nights. The Vegetarian Resource Group (VRG), a non-profit organization which educates the public about vegetarianism, offers a 28-page reference guide, "Vegetarian Journal's Guide to Food Ingredients."
