Greetings and welcome to
the first newsletter for 2004. I trust that you all have had a happy and peaceful
Christmas and New Year.
My name is Glenys
Shepherd and I have taken over the editorship of the Newsletter from Mary Hiron. Many
thanks for all her hard work over the past two years.
It is with much pleasure
that I bring you the news that the new residential unit, on the corner of Rodney Street
and Cambridge Terrace, Lower Hutt, is at last under way and a completion date is 30 April
2004. The next Newsletter will hopefully have articles and photos taken on the day of
opening.
There will be no major
changes to the newsletter format and I would like to encourage you to keep on contributing
items over the coming year. If there is any new information or experiences that you would
like to share with everyone, please contact me and I will include it in the next
Newsletter.
