These are the work of Judi Knight! They are all herbs I take except the lavender, which I grow in my garden for use as aromatherapy. You may find her work at above link. Gingko is for memory, ginseng for strength and echinacea is for the immune-system.
Not all remedies work for everyone but taking a hand in your own health care is a positive step towards dealing with any illness. I have been recommending herbs to friends for years and have never had anyone say naught but positive things about the results they obtained from using natural methods. With herbs and natural methods you can be certain of one thing. The pharmaceutical companies won't be getting rich off your suffering. I will recommend here that Echinacea and astralagus are excellent for those dealing with immune system disorders. I take a product called Wellness Formula, Greens and More, Evening Primrose oil, Cayenne and Garlic capsules on a daily basis. I also take gingko biloba, gotu kola, ginseng and echinacea. This is not a commercial endorsement, just what helps me. Hope to have more on this soon. All herbs should be taken with caution and knowledge. Herbs are medicine and should be treated with respect as such.
Many have told me that they have also obtained positive results by using accupuncture. Unfortunately, herbs accupuncture and alternative methods of healing are not available to those who must use Medicaid/Medicare for insurance. OUr government could save millions and allow many to return to work if they would only approve these treatments to be paid for by medicaid. I do know it would be cheaper than traditional medicine
