We have received literally hundreds if not thousands of requests for Support Group referrals. We look to those of you who visit this site for help with this project. If you are a Support Group Leader or if you are a member of a Support Group kindly take a few minutes to E-MAIL US information so that we can post it on this page. Thanks for your help!

We need you to supply us with the following information.

• Is the group for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and/or Fibromyalgia?
• Where and when do the meetings take place?
• Contact person and telephone number.
• How big is your group?
• What types of issues are discussed at any given meeting?
• Other information that would be important for potential new members.
