Many of us have to rid ourselves of the old ties that hold us back. here is a meditation for doing so.

Very often these requirements to not break a pact, no matter how the participants may suffer,creates an energy of its own, and this can actually harm one in this life and in lives to come. Most of us need to clear ourselves of old vows, be they poverty vows, celibacy vows, vows of revenge, or pacts to remain together no matter what.

Only when you have your own energetic system clear of all unhealthy ties will the boundaries of your own system be obvious to you;this can be quite a surprise. It was for me.

My preferred technique is to cut aka cords.

I meditate upon the conditions in my life and make sure I list all conditions I need to change.I remind each person with a tie to me that love never dies;that by clearing the unhealthy cords I am allowing everything that is for our good to come about. This is not a time for yelling, accusing, or magically trying to draw a person to you. Surround yourself with white light or whatever visualization you prefer.This also works to do one on one soul work-you ASK the other soul to come speak to you ( I build a conference room complete with chairs so we can sit directly across from each other.)I see souls as white lights or as forms.

I then take my hand or a cermonial knife ( a long crystal will do)and pass through my aura from head to feet.

The results can be quite profound, Relationships can change within a matter of hours. Forgiveness for past hurts may come, or allowing the other person to leave our life.Always close the meditation by releasing the other soul/souls involved,including yourself.

I have had people do this visualization, thinking it was about the love partner or close friend in their life, and have a parent or grandparent come forward for instruction,and asking or giving forgiveness. this was tremendously healing for the persons doing the visualization.

I had another person release her lover and tormentor, but only on a long string in a balloon.That man keeps coming back in to her life. It is a sicker relationship with each round, but this is her choice.

I myself heard popping noises for over 24 hours as the cords broke off of me. The biggest one was down my throat and came out like a big slimy snake (I actually felt it leave.) It was a cord to a parent.

doing a healing on yourself afterwards, head to foot, using energy work if possible, will help to heal and hurry the process of removing these negative aka cords.
