This page used to contain a form for submitting your personal information to have it added to our "Email Support List" at this site.
With the great volume of email I was receiving as a result of this form, I am discontinuing new additions to that list, and am encouraging our new visitors to add themselves and their personal info to the Guestbook as an extension of the Email Support List.
I hope everyone will visit the Guestbook on a regular basis to check for new Support Group members to get acquainted with.
