1. Operation Walk : Free Total Hip/Knee Joint Replacement Surgery Camp in Jan.2004 at NMC Teaching Hospital, Kathmandu with support from Dorr Foundation, Los Ageles, California, USA. About Twenty THR/TKR will be performed. Last time in year 2000, 20 procedures in 14 patients were successful without any complications. 2. Plaster Technology Course: Hand on Worshop of Plaster Technology course for closed management of common fracture for the general medical doctors is organised regularly every year at Lalgadh Hospital, Dhanusha, Nepal (Tel/Fax: 041-521125)and NMC Teaching Hospital, Kathmandu, Nepal. (01-4486008). 3. Free Orthopaedic Camp: Free Orthopaedic Camp with support from Impact Nepal and WOC-UK has been organised to be held in Mar.2004. 4. AO Symposium: A proposal has been made to organise an AO SYMPOSIUM in Kathmandu in May. 2004.
