Psycho-dynamic and neuro-biological researches carried out in these years allow us to make the following observations:

• Each young patient who has realtionship peculiarity rather than biological disablements on which the teraphy is based must be regarded in his emotions and in his needs;
• The structure of emotional life, based on feelings, is the only way to the development of mental activity;
• The therapy must encourage the overcoming of regressive thoughts and behaviours in these patients, thus starting a good psychological and mental development that can form the necessary bases for them to become a part of school and social life.
