July 19th, Boy this new bed is really neat. I can get out of it anytime that I wish. If I don't want to sleep in my bed, I just crawl to the floor and sleep on the blankets mom and dad put on the floor next to my bed(they say I might roll off my bed). We will be going to see Granny soon. Dad hopes to get some pics scanned so he can put them on here.

July 17th,
Today we had to go and buy my very 1st and own BIG BOY BED!The fact that I was straddling the crib this morning had something to do with it.Mom was worried. This bed is nice. An oak finish Jenny Lynn. I like it. Sure hope I sleep well in it. Mom will probably put the comforter on the floor in case I should roll out of it.July 11th, had a great day yesterday. My cousin, mom, dad, Holly, and I all went for a bike ride. Mom and dad had gotten this carriage thingy that attaches to their bike and I and Holly sat in the carriage and was driven all over our neighborhood. It was really fun. I also went to the park with Jesse and dad and we went walking through the woods.
July 8th, boy sure had a great weekend. My uncle Joe and cousin Stevie came down and we had lots of fun. The fireworks on the 4th were really fun too. I went to the pediatrician today and boy was she proud of me. I weighed in at 20.12 lbs and am 30 3/4" tall. WOW!! Mom and dad sure are proud of me.
I climb, run,walk and am talking more these days. I say done,daddy, kitty, eeow, shhh, momma, Jay(jake), diaper change, among a few.

July 3rd, I have my Uncle Joe and cousin Stevie here this weekend. Boy it is getting hot. We are having a cookout and gonna watch fireworks this weekend. Dad started riding his bike to work he said and soon I will be riding my bike too.
Happy 20th month Birthday!!!June 25th, today I am 20 months old. I really am enjoying the park these days. I make dad pretty nervous though. I like to climb the stairs to the slides and there is a merry-go-round toy that I like to play on. I am walking pretty fast too. I like my new kitty. Simba is such a good kitty. I know what the kitty says. He says, "eeow". I like to talk. Just to name a few, I say diaper, momma, done, daddy, kitty, dog, "ooooo", that is what the cow says.
Forth of July is coming up soon. I cannot wait till then. To see all the neat fireworks and have a cookout.June 21st,(real late at nite, I better hurry!
)Dad, you are welcome, I meant everything. You are so very special to me too! Besides Father's Day, my dad's friend got married. Dad was in his wedding and I got to go to the wedding and reception too! I lived the reception. June 8th, well, got my "big boy haircut"!!! It really looks nice too.
Mom and dad were so proud of me. I sat on mommies lap while the nice lady cut my hair. I didn't even throw a fit or anything. Dad, he had a video camera in one hand and a regular camera in the other. Looked like a tourist. I love this walking thing. I love to walk. I walk outside on the sidewalk, in the grass, in the stores and all about if you let me. Won't be long till I will be running. Tried that already, but my feet won't move that fast yet. My new things I like to do is attempt to help mommy clean the house. I climb onto the couch. I even try to turn the stove on, but mommy has some special knobs on the turners that it makes it hard for me to start cooking. I like eating with a spoon, although not for very long. Seems easier to just use my fingers or just put the bowls to my mouth.June 1st, Guess what? I am going for my 1st haircut!!!! Yup, going on Saturday. Mom said we will have to save the hair and videotape the shindig. How funny.
They both say I will look so grown up after I get the haircut. Well, afterall, I am going on 2 years old! I am starting to eat more with a fork. Daddy helps me aim it in my mouth.Happy 19th month Birthday!!!!May 25th, today I am 19 months old. I weigh about 23 lbs and am doing a lot of stuff these days. I love walking. I even got myself in a toy box the other day. I like to bounce on the extra bed we have. I have just discovered what kind of fun you can have wiht a quilt. Hiding under it and playing with the soft blanket. I could kinda use a trim on the back of my hair, but mom and dad cannot come to terms with me needing a haircut so soon.
My favorite foods are peach pie peaches, berry-apple sauce, ham, noodles, carrots, and brocolli/cauliflower. I like just about anything my mom and dad will eat. I enjoy the park these days even more. I like to climb up the slide on the playground equipment. Sometimes I get scared at the height of some of the toys, but dad saves me. I love my sandles. They are pooh, of course.May 22nd, beautiful day out today. Went to the park but was so crowded couldn't even get a place to park! I love playing on my jungle gym outside. I like to climb UP the stairs. I have been wlaking holding my mom and dads hands when we go out. I like walking around, especially when I "cut loose".
Today we adopted a stray kitten. Simba, mom named him, just showed up while dad was mowing the grass. Even the neighbors did not know where or who he belonged to. So, with as many dogs that run loose in this area dad figured the kitty would end up as supper for the dogs, so, we now have 3rd cat(again). The other day I freaked my dad out because I said 2 words. Diaper change. Yea, I did. He was cleaning me up after breakfast and he mentioned to me having a diaper change and I thought and said, "diaper change?" Boy was he surprised. Then I proceeded to mumble more about diaper then when mom woke up and dad bragged about it, I clammed up...Saying just "di-di". Hahahaha..Just between my dad and I, I will try to make him crazy!!May 15th, today went shopping with mom and dad. They got me some cool toys. Some wind up stack pooh toy and friends entertainment playcenter thingy. Dads car is dead. Yup, '77 chevy impala has bit the dust. Broken tie-rod and dad says it sure was a good ole car. In the 8yrs he had the car he put 50K miles on it. So, we are now down to one vehicle. I am walking through the shopping stores and crossing streets now holding mommies and daddies hand. I am getting to be a big boy!
May 11th, went to physical therapy today and guess what?? I don't have to go there anymore. The nice lady says I am developing at the rate I should. I showed her how I can play with the balls and such. I am starting to climb stairs and she was really happy with me. I weigh 22 lbs now. I played with my buddy today. He lives across the street. He is the same age as I am. He is really neat. He too can walk and stuff. He says words I have not heard before and he climbs the stairs too. He is cool.
May 10th, Boy, mom was really surprised at alkl the things that dad and I got her. We got her a Boyd's Bear and a wall curio cabinet for her little thingys. Grandma did alright too. She got a George Foreman Grill and some printing paper. My mom and dad and aunt and nephew took my granny out to dinner. So much fun. I ate like a pig! hey, it tasted good!!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAYTo my mommy, who is the best mommy in the world! Even if I do give her gray hairs(daddy says I do).
She still feeds me good, reads to me, and of course plays with me. She is the best!! I love you mommy!~ScottMay 7th, we are going to grannies this weekend. Sunday is Mother's Day and boy am I excited about it. Dad and I have a few things up our sleeves for my mommy and granny. We cannot wait till Sunday. I am starting to walk better outside these days. Lots to see outside that is for sure. I am talking a bit more too. Dad says I must sure have a lot to say. And I do.
May 2nd, I really enjoy my new toy. It rained a few days and I was not able to go outside and play, but yesterday and this past week was great. I showed daddy how I can eat my apple/berry sauce with a spoon. He is amazed. I have all kinds of things I can do that are amazing.
I went to the park yesterday, just daddy and I. He took me to the playground where I was climbing up the slide(with his help) and then I also slid down it. I am getting used to walking outside. The terrain really differs evrywhere I go.April 26th, yesterday we went to Toys R Us and mom and dad bought me a jungle gym thing. This is a big piece of playground equipment that allows me to climb and slide down a slide. It is fun and I cannot wait to play on it. Instead of going to the park, I can go right outside to my backyard. Neat, eh?
April 24th, Today is a beautiful day. We might go to the park. I have started to move my little bike toy around. Dad even sat me up on it and I started to push with my legs. It is fun, but I still need to grow a bit before I will be able to really go fast. I like to crawl on top of the extra bed we have in the computer room. I also can get myself down pretty good. I make dad nervous. I have not had my 1st haircut yet. Mom says it is too beautiful to cut. Oh, oh here comes daddy! Better get off. TTFN!!

April 17th, today my Aunt Lisa(mom's sister) is here visiting.She is a neat gal. Dad is making a dining room out of a room we have off the kitchen. We are all looking forward to that. The study will be downstairs. Kinda cold and dreary here today.Won't get to mow the grass today. He is not looking forward to mowing. He hates it. I think he is waiting for me to mow. That will be a long way from now. hahaha,

April 11th, today was windy and cold. Too cold to go to the park to have a cookout and play. So, we stayed here instead. Had grandma and aunts and cousins here for my daddies birthday cookout gala. His birthday is on the 15th, but they wanted to get together this weekend. Today was very fun and everyone had a good time.
April 9th, well the weather has been weird lately. Rain and cold one day, great the next and yesterday we had tornadoes nearby our town. This weekend I am hoping we have great weather because we are having friends come for a picnic on Sunday. Should be real fun. Picnic and grill at the park and them swings. I love to swing.

April 3rd, today we had a great time. I went to my very first easter egg hunt. My dad's friends invited us to there church and I got to see their kids as well as many other kids. There was a story of Easter told to us all and we even got to take home a special Easter cookie that represents Jesus's resurrection. Today mom and my cousin, Jesse, are making colored eggs.
March 29th, today we got word from my friend Raymond that his new sister, Carolyn, was born on Saturday and got to come home today. Congrats to you and your mom and dad!!! I will be expecting a pic soon!
My neighbor, Bryar, also has a new sister. Her name is Dana. Bryar is my neighbor buddy. I cannot wait till he and I can play together. He is the same age as I am and in fact was born the same month! Today, mom and I played outside in the front yard. Such a nice day. Played with my basketball and hula hoop. We will be going to the park this week. Cannot wait. Will swing and see the ducks.March 27th, what a beautiful day it was today. Went shopping just looking at stuff. There is a new page added to my 1st page, and also a link on the top of this page. My granny made a special page for me showing how I have grown. Really something to see those pics from 20 months ago when I was so, sooooo, small. Now I am a big boy, "little man" dad calls me.
Happy 17th month Birthday!!!!March 25th, today I am 17 months old. I am having a ball around the house these days. Moving faster on my feet, yet am not sure about the terrain outside. I like to try to say things and I am pointing when I want to get my point(pardon the pun)across.
March 21st, at grannies. Last night I saw something really neat, FIREWORKS!! My grannies city held the state basketball champoinships and when the day came to an end, off went the fireworks. They were so loud that they woke me up. They were really cool. We went to the park today with my parents friends and their kids. Great weather for it!
March 16th, went to the park today. GREAT DAY!! Was a beautiful day and I got to walk for the 1st time OUTSIDE!! The ground is a tad bit different than the carpeting that we have in the house. I got to see many ducks and people. There were also lots of dogs. I will go for my respigam treatment tomorrow. It is now just a shot. It helps prevent me from getting the respiratory virus that can kill. Depending on how many outbreaks our city has had will decide how many more of these monthly shots I will get.
March 13th, wow, seems like I have not written in here for-EVER. I have been quite busy. I am walking much better and quicker on my feet. I eat with my fingers and love to make messes. I can hold my bottles and drink from sippy cups. I started to dance these days. I love listening to the cops theme song by Inner City. Today we all went shopping for some sleepers and some new clothes for spring. I am sleeping better through the morning. I usually wake up now about 7-9 am. Dad doesn't wake me up anymore or I am just too tired in the mornings.
Happy 16th month Birthday!!!!February 25th, today I am a whopping 16 months old. I am walking all over now. I kinda walk slow, but still, I WALK!!! Mom and dad bought me some furniture. All mine too. Winnie The Pooh recliner and sofa. Set of table and chairs and some wall shelves. Neat stuff. I am also chatting up a storm. Jake(my cat buddy)and I are becoming better friends. I will be going to grannies this weekend. Gonna show off my walking skills to her.
February 19th, I have been really busy this week. I got my RSV preventative shot. OUCH!! That hurt! I also has a physical therapist come to the house and she wanted to see me play and stuff. She wanted to see what all I can do. So boy did I show her & mommy.
I walked for about 6 feet and then back again 6 feet from the coffee table to the gate and to the table again. Mommy was in shock. I can do so many things. I am not sure why everyone makes a big deal about it. I have been waiting to show off for someone other than mom and dad. My physical therapist said that I am ahead in many skills. Mom and dad are pretty proud of me. I am proud of me too!!

To my wonderfull mommy and daddy. You both are the greatest. I love you very much.~ScottFebruary 13th, I have started to walk better. Even though I may only take 3 steps, my balance is getting better and I get pretty excited and that makes me fall down. I am eating more foods these days with my spoon and fingers. Makes daddy nervous to see me in such a mess. Hahaha
Today daddy and I will shop for something special for mommy.February 6th, Yesterday I went to the my doctor and she was very glad to see me. I weighed in just under 19lbs. I am 29 inches long. Wow, getting big ain't I? She said it is normal for me to lose some weight during this time in my life. Mom was a bit worried about me losing weight, but was relieved when doc said that was normal. It is beginning to be nice weather outside. I will sure welcome it too. There will be funtimes ahead to go out and enjoy the naturistic outside. I also have a neighbor friend who is the same age as me. Born in October too. He and I will play together.
February 4th, today last year I went home, and tomorrow will be the the day I was suppose to be born. Funny to think of me being a year old tomorrow. But really I am 15 months old. Tomorrow I will also be going to see my pediatrician. I bet she will be amazed to see me.
February 2nd, great news!!!!!! I don't need glasses, yet. The doc said that my nearsightedness has gone away and that I am leaning towards farsightedness. I am to go back to see him next year. My folks are so happy. I tell you, I seemed to be seeing ok. I never squint or seem to show signs of needing glasses and by gosh, my signs were right. YAY! I am holding my bottle all by myself now. Am not sure I like that too much. The other morning, dad got up for work late and so, instead of letting me be held and fed by him as I usually do, he just gave me the bottle while I stayed in my crib. You know, I drank all my milk and fell right asleep. But I sure did miss my daddies arms though.
February 1st, I will be going to go see my eye doctor tommorrow. He will check them to see if I am nearsighted enough to need glasses. I have another tooth coming in. This gives me a total of 11 "teefers". February 4th is just around the corner. That is the day last year I finally came home from a 3 month stay in the hospital after I was born. The 5th of February was the due date I was suppose to be born. By that rate I will be turning a gestational age of 12 months on that day, but I am really 15 months.
January 25th,
Today I am 15 months old!!! I am doing great. I have been pretty busy doing baby things that I have not had time to write in this diary. I am almost walking on my own. 
I am sporting 2 new teeth. This gives me #9 and #10. I am talking(mumbling) more. I eat just about anything. I enjoy playing with my basketball toy and I like to push things. Won't be long now till I will be all over the house. HahahaJanuary 18th, Hi, lots have been going on around here. I went to the physical therapist and she says I am doing great. She says I will be walking very soon. My folks can't wait for that.
January 9th, at grannies and tomorrow we will have a
birthday party for my cousin Jesse. Should be a fun time. I will get to eat cake and maybe Jesse will let me unwrap some of his gifts. HahahaJanuary 6th,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESSETo my special cousin Jesse who I love being around. He is always playing with me and stuff. He is 6. Wow, I cannot wait till I am that old.
January 2nd, boy do we have snow. About 15 inches or so has dropped in the last 24 hrs., really a sight. Dad was stuck and was not able to get to work, had his car towed. Dad said too bad we don't have a snow mobile. We would have lots of fun he says.
JANUARY 1, 1999
Happy New Year!!! I hope the best to all my buds and relatives. 1999 will be a great year. I will be growing up and getting even smarter, stronger, and less grumpy.
Dad and mom will like that.December 29th, Dad got rid of Bagheera. He was a good cat, but he kept messing in the house and Jake did not like him. Between those two problems, he had to go. I have been recouperating from the Christmas weekend. We all a swell time. I like my own room. It is big and everything in there is mine. Dad put on my New Year Page, so be sure to go see it.
December 27th, I sure had a good Christmas. Lots of family and fun, just the way it should be. I received a bunch of toys and clothes. I have plenty to choose from, that is for sure.
Grandma's is sure a fun place. We will be going back home today. Mom and dad are ready for that. I am trying to stand up on my own. Not too bad, kinda surprises me. 1999, the end of the year is coming up. Look for my Happy New Year Page. The link will be on the top of this page.

December 24th, At grannies and having a great time. We will sure be busy the next 2 days. Hope all my buds are doing well. I stood on my own feet about 5 seconds the other day, mom was sure proud of me. Dad got new pics on my family page of me and us. GO SEE!!
December 18th, I am feeling much better today. I have been taking medicine and that sure has helped. We had Christmas at our house yesterday. Santa was sure good to me. Got me a tricycle and a bus that was filled with legos to name a few. Dad enjoyed the picture frame I got him that said daddies are great and such. Even put a pic of him and I in it. Mom loved the Boyd's bear with momma and baby bear sitting next to her. We just had a swell time. Next week we will do it again..YAY!!!!!!!
