Jen excitedly picked up the next story.

Jen: I hope it's another one about me!

Dawson: Do'nt get your hopes up.

We Belong

The sun rose high over Capeside. Dawson woke up to Joey laying next to him. He looked at her dark hair. That's what she loved about her-the simple things. Like her cute smile and her beautiful eyes.

Joey: I'm begining to like this story.

He knew that's what love was about. She rolled over and opened her eyes. "Dawson? What are you doing up?"

"Just thinking."

"About?" Joey wondered. She rubbed her eyes.

Dawson smiled. He thought about what he would say to her. Should he tell her what he was really thinking? "I was just deciding what we would do today."

Joey smiled big. "And...?"

"A day filled with excitement, adventure, romance, and most of all, fun," Dawson whispered.

"Can't hardly wait. Sounds like a really bad fan fiction story.

Pacey: You have no idea!

Anyway, I'm ready when you are."

Meanwhile,

Pacey was looking at his hair. Dammit, he thought, I should have kept my hair how it was. He walked out of his bathroom and into the living room. He popped in a video and sat down. Doug walked in. "Still rotting your mind, eh Pacey? What the hell are you watching now?"

"You know Dougie, I could tell you, but the socially decrepit wouldn't understand a movie of this caliber."

"Get your head out of the Grammar books Pacey and tell me what the damn movie is," Doug demanded.

"It's an old Ridley Scott movie called Legend," Pacey answered.

"What the hell? It's got Tom Cruise in a skirt! What kind of crap is this?"

Pacey: I thought that would be the kind of crap he'd be interested in. Men in skirts that is.

"If you'll refer back to my socially decrepit comment, you'll get the answer to your question," Pacey snapped back.

"You know Pacey, Dad's getting sick of your same, tiring, senseless garbage. What kind of movie is Legend? I mean who is this Ridley Scott guy?" Doug questioned.

"Ridley Scott only directed Alien and Blade Runner, two of the most visually stunning films of alltime. And Legend is about the struggle to maintain the balance between good and evil."

Jen: Pacey is beginning to sound like Dawson.

"Jesus Christ Pacey. And they wonder why kids are so messed up these days," Doug said and got up and left.

Pacey threw his hands up in the air. No one would understand the magic of Ridley Scott.

Meanwhile,

Jen was dead. And no one cared.

Jen: Of course they wouldn't. I don't like this story.

Dawson: Stop whining Jen. Not every story can be about you.

Meanwhile,

Dawson walked hand in hand with Joey alongside the creek. They were reminiscing about old times. Dawson was laughing. "And remember the time when we were with Pacey and we played house, and me and you were the parents and Pacey was the kid. We told him that he was grounded and he ran home crying!" Dawson said.

Pacey: I do not cry!

Joey smiled. "Didn't his parents ground him because of that?"

Pacey: true.

They both laughed. "Joey, this is so great. I mean, me and you together, replacing 15 years of heartache with who knows how many years of excitement. I'm so psyched."

"I know. I mean, when you were with Jen, I thought I was going to die.

Dawson: Me too.

Jen: HEY!

Dawson: Just kidding. Take it easy, Jen.

I thought that you were lost. But, once again, you totally surprised me. Thanks," Joey said and looked at Dawson.

He leaned over and kissed her. "So, now that we've had our exercise, we need to take in a good movie. And I have picked out the perfect selection," Dawson said.

Joey smirked, wondering what movie Dawson had planned. He leaned in her ear and whispered, "It's considered one of the all time classics of animation- The Black Cauldron."

Joey: What a great selection.

"Oh now that sounds romantic," Joey sarcastically stated. She smiled.

"Now, now, I realize that it doesn't sound like the perfect resemblance of a beautiful love movie, but it's got some great animation and the two heroes end up happy."

"Well, as long as the lovers end up still in love, I'm all for it," Joey said.

They stared in each other's eyes.

Jen: How sickening.

Meanwhile,

Pacey was rewinding the movie. The phone rang. He looked over at it and walked up to pick it up but before his hand reached the receiver, the person hung up. Pacey smirked. He walked back to the VCR. The phone rang again. Pacey walked to answer it but it stopped ringing again. "What the hell?"

The phone rang. Pacey answered it, "Hello?"

"Pacey!"

"Yeah!"

"What's up?"

"Not a lot?" Pacey said confused.

"You don't know who this is do you?" the other voice asked.

"Um... no. Ahem, I don't. But I'd love to find out," Pacey responded recognizing that the girl on the other line had a sexy voice.

Joey: Figures.

"This is Andie!"

"Andie? Oh, Andie. What do you want?" Pacey said, dejected.

"Well, don't sound too excited there Officer Pacey. I just wanted to see if you wanted to go to the mall with me. I'm leaving in ten minutes," Andie said.

Pacey thought about this. Finally he answered, "Allright, I've got nothing better to do, so why not. But, realize that I'm not too keen on shopping and if I get bored, I'm liable to leave at any second. Allright?"

"Yes sir," Andie said and laughed.

"Pick me up."

"Quite the charmer Pacey," Andie said.

Pacey: Yes I am.

Dawson: She was being sarcastic.

"Just pick me up!" Pacey said and hung up. Meanwhile,

Dawson and Joey had become bored of the movie and were making out on Dawson's bed. Dawson reached up Joey's shirt.

Jen:Well...This story is taking a different turn.

Pacey: Yeah! For the better!

Dawson, Jen and Joey: Shut up Pacey!

He was feeling around for the snap. He couldn't find it. "Damn it Joey, what kind of bra is that!" Dawson snapped and smiled.

Joey laughed. "Well, Dawson, sounds like you can't handle a simple piece of lingerie. Maybe you can't handle me all together."

Joey: Probably not.

Dawson laughed and played angry. "Oh you think so, huh? Well, maybe I don't want none of that!"

Pacey: First of all, it think it would be "any of that". And secondly, who would?

Dawson was tickling Joey. She was laughing her head off.

Meanwhile,

Andie honked her horn on her car. Pacey walked out. He got in the car and they drove off. "So I see you fixed the convertible."

"Yeah. My dad paid for it.

Pacey: Of course he did.

I was so scared you know."

Pacey laughed. He looked at Andie. She looked really pretty actually. He was thinking about her and him together. Nahhh, Pacey thought. They kept driving and Andie picked up speed. Pacey was a little nervous. "Maybe you should slow down a bit Andie." "What?" she asked. "The road's curvy! Slow down!" Pacey yelled.Just then, Andie lost grip of the road. They skidded across the road and flipped over. The whole thing took about 10 seconds. It felt like 10 hours to Pacey. They landed and Pacey was knocked out. The car lay on it's top. To be continued...

Dawson: Well, that took some interesting turns.

Pacey: I'll say.
