Our minds are much more powerful than we
usually realize. The realities that we experience are direct results of the thought
patterns that we hold. We often would like to believe that what we experience has
created the thoughts, but in truth our thoughts create the experience. Worry is a
powerful prayer for what you don't really want to manifest. You will attract
and manifest what you most fear. What can be done? Making yourself wrong for
the worry and fear does not help - awareness does. When you catch yourself in the
spin cycle turn your thoughts to the positive aspects, that is, to the opposite side of
the worry or fear and focus on what you really want to manifest. Metaphysical law
says that on whatever you focus your attention on that is what you do create.
Positive statements of affirmation will clear out negative thought forms.
