The Raleigh Wellspring will be featuring a tasting of recipes from "Living Without" magazine and The Gluten Free Gourmet. These are open tastings that start at 12:00 on each day, typically running until 3:00.

FRIDAY March 30
Parmesan & Porcini Salad AND Basmati Rice Salad

SATURDAY March 31
Vegetable Quiche w/Mashed Potato Crust AND Three Cheese Lasagna

Each day will also include Gluten Free breads as an accompaniment!
