Because eating out can be traumatic for most Celiacs, some Triangle visitors might prefer to stay in a Motel with cooking facilities while traveling.

As a service to those people, I compiled a list of those establishments which have cooking facilities (i.e. kitchenettes) available. I took a simplistic approach to obtain this list -- checking the yellow pages. Establishments are sorted by city, then by name.

I did not include street addresses or telephone numbers in this list. You can call 1-919-555-1212 to get the telephone number, and then call the hotel/motel directly to get answers to any questions you may have. You can also get general information from BellSouth's Online Yellow Pages.
