Healing
There are so many healing modalities out there that they seem to clog one's brain and give headaches. How is it...or is it possible, to choose a particular technique of healing? I can't answer the question but can only impart my personal experiences and some of my learned experiences. I will deal mostly with psychological/mental/spiritual aspects of healing that I have worked with and experienced.My personal opinion about healing is one of integration. Each method out there inevitably leaves something out. Spirituality, physicality, mentality, emotionality, etc. Something. If it were possible to create one modality of healing that combined everything out there, I'd be happy. Of course this would take about a hundred life times or so... But anything is possible!! :)
