When anger rises, watch the Citta.

By keeping a quiet watch of ourselves.
With the development of stability and equanimity,
Those feelings will diminish and fade away,
Because defilements are also mental formations.
See to it that they are gone, gone, gone.
A defilement rises and then is gone:
Rise and gone.
Fight Mara off this way.
