WHO WE
ARE:
We are residents of Crosshill, Ontario,
Canada. Our tiny town has about 40 homes (you can almost count them on
one hand)! Our community and surrounding area is largely inhabited by the
Amish or Mennonites both old order and the newer orders.
I am Heather(nee Whittle)born in Belleville, Ontario. Our child Angela-Marie attends Waterloo-Oxford D.S.S. in Baden and Nicholas attends school in Wellesley. Kristen is currently fulfilling her dream of working with children at a wonderful facility in Waterloo. Christopher is now a full time working member of Ontario installing cabinets and loving it.
Angela-Marie was born with a rare condition
known as CCHS or Congenital Central Hypoventilation Syndrome.
I as a mother, have undertaken this web page
to hopefully learn of stories of other parents who have had "medical
miracles", or who have had "medical nightmares". Yes, as
a family we have experienced both.
