    Circuit Training by Jazzercise is a total body conditioning workout which intersperses strength training routines with aerobic fitness routines. This workout is designed to improve not only your cardivascular fitness level but increase lean muscle tissue and strength through use of weights and Xertubes (resistence tubes). You can achieve a new level of fitness in this high energy muscle powered 60-70 minute class format!!

    Jazzercise Step/Circuit combines the thrill of Jazzercise with "stepping", weights and resistence tubes. Step movement modifications have been incorporated into the original Jazzercise choreography for an aerobic segment that has the same Jazzercise flair and fun! The floor segment utilizes weights for muscle toning and conditioning. Enjoy this new challenge and added variety to your current workout.

    Bodysculpting by Jazzercise is a 45-60 minute pure strength training class.Using weights and resistence tubes, we tone and strengthen the: abdominals, back, legs, backside and arms.
