The new Airport and the new kid

These are the Ladies/girl of three generation(Mother/ daughter/grand daughter)at the New Kuala Lumpur International Airport on 5th July 1998. This RM9 billions Airport is situated about 40 km from USJ2, Subang Jaya, where we are staying. You may call the new Kuala Lumpur International Airport the most advanced in the world. With more than 4,000 square metres of space, its airport passenger lounge is larger than a football field and is the world's largest. This is the home base for Malaysia Airlines. Need more information on Malaysia Airlines, you can call 603-7463000. Using the highway, it takes about 25 minutes to drive from our home to the airport. The highway speed limit is 110 km per hr. Toll charge is RM3.90 at the moment for a passenger car. We hope the highway operator will maintain this rate for as long as it can, at least 25 years after my retirement. Just opened a week ago, like all new facilities, it has minor operation problems. These problems are really insignificant if you look at those problems that the newly opened Hong Kong International Airport is facing.
Current date is July 19, 1998, this baby is now 3 months old. Name is Hsien Wen, my nephew. He likes to talk to anybody comes near him. We don't really know what he means when he moves his lips. If you have a bad day, the best person to talk to when you are home is this baby boy but not when he is crying. It is so joyful when you notice that his shirts and trousers don't fit him anymore and need the bigger ones(sign of healthy growth). Please click at the picture to see the Leaning Tower of Malaysia
