Natalie was so happy. All she had to live throught was a night. Natalie
was leaving to go to University for the first time in her life. She was so
excited. Everyone said going to University was the best time in a person's
life. She remembered the day when she had received her acceptance letter
to Oxford. Could you believe it, she had actually gotten into Oxford, in
London, and not only that, full scholarship. Oxford was the school all
those smart people got into. Smart or rich, either or both. A lot of
noble people had graduated from there. Her plane was leaving tommorow
morning at 11:00 and she was already packed. The only thing keeping her
awake was the excitement. Nevertheless, she drifted off, for a couple of
hours. Well actually I don't know how many hours but let's just say a
couple, kay?
Morning finally came. Natalie quickly got dressed, had the breakfast her
Nana had made her and went inside her brother's car. He was driving her to
the airport. After a tearful goodbye, Natalie boarded and was on the
plane. The plane ride was something like 6 hours but Natalie didn't notice
cause she was asleep during the whole ride. Finally a voice boomed over
the speakers.
"We are now in the city of London and should be arriving at the airport.
At this time, the captain has requested you please put on your seatbelts
for we should be landing in the London International Airport in 15mins. On
behalf of the captain and staff, we thank you for travelling with British
Airways."
Natalie was so excited. In a few minutes she would actually be in London.
The plane landed and Natalie couldn't wait to get her luggage and leave.
Her friend Antoinette would be picking her up. Natalie stepped out in the
waiting area and immediately saw Anne. They rushed towards each other and
started hugging.
"How was your flight?" Anne said.
"It was great, I didn't noticed anything. Probably cause I was sleeping
most of the time." Said Natalie.
Anne took her straight to the dorm they shared at Oxford. Natalie unpacked
a couple of her bags and they went out for a bite to eat.
"You know," said Anne,"Prince William is going to Oxford."
"Prince Who?"
"You know, the Prince, the Prince of Wales?!?" replied Anne.
"I seriously don't know who you're talking 'bout Anne," said Natalie, "why
would you be telling me this?"
"Girl, you must really live in secluded area," said Anne. "I can't believe
you don't know who he is? He is like the most gorgeousest Prince ever to
set foot on earth. Girls swoon over him and you don't even know who he
is."
"What's the big deal Anne," said Natalie,"It's not like he'd pay any
attention to us."
"Your probably right Nat, I mean he probably wouldn't even notice us."
After the girls finished eating, they went down to a nearby club that Anne
knew.
