So let's start from a newspaper's article. By the end of the last November it was rumoured that in Rome a man used to walk naked on the streets. This was true, in fact a reporter even succeeded in taking a picture. By his words people were dismayed a bit with this sight, maybe because temperature was so low and you need to be brave, and have an healthy physique, to stroll in your birthday suit when it's Winter. Of course nobody knows his reasons, if there are any, and the reporter ventured the hypothesis of a lost bet.
Instead I remember few years ago I read, on another newspaper, about a naked man walking about, when it was day, on the streets of Moscow among an indifferent crowd. The columnist paused just on the indifference, as if it meant a degeneration of morals. O my God, a naked man! Instead of shouting "what a disgrace" people were walking around without giving him a single glance. Gosh!
Far it is from me the idea of suggesting you to do the same, not just to keep you far from having a pneumonia but to respect others that don't whish to see how we're made, so let's talk about the real subject of this page: nudism in Winter. It's cold, radiators inside you house can't keep you hot enough and you can't stand without clothes, so you realize why you bought them too. Does it make you give nudism up? Don't you think you need to free your body for a while?
Yes!?
Then let's see what we can do if there's no nudist club within reach.
First we need a house, better is if we're the only inhabitant. If it's not then or we send away the other tenants (usually are our parents) or we take shelter in our room. If we share it with other members of our family (or friends) we're really into troubles: we better have to look for the nearest nudist club and if it's too far it means we have to start our own one! Obviously if we live with other nudists/naturists all that you have read till now it's completely useless.
Secondly we need a carpet or a towel, a beach-towel is ok. I think you already know that we're going to have some gymn, the way ancient Greeks used to do it, I mean with no clothes on. It's well-known that movement cause heat and while we're moving, if inside our house the temperature is not below 0°C, we can easily stay unclothed. What kind of gymn is up to you, I simply do some excersises I used to do when I went to school during the weekly gymnastic time.
At the end of your gymn, if you don't stop all at once, you won't suddenly feel cold. If you don't want to dress up soon, it often happens to me, you can take advantage and rearrange your house and maybe do some cleaning. It's very funny but be carefull, do not use products that can harm your skin. When it happens that I rearrange my bedroom with my clothes on I usually sweat, though I feel the cold, and soon I'm tired. Instead while I'm naked it's easyer, maybe because there's no excessive heat as it can't heap between skin and cloth, and muscles can get the optimum performance.
...is it the same if you keep your pants on? Sure, but as you took off almost all your clothes you might just as well "take off" that almost...
